Tax:
All merchandise is sold to customer for resale. Buyers assume full responsibility for all taxes or other assessments imposed by any local or federal government agencies. Customers must present an adequate resale or tax exemption certificate prior to setting up an account.

RMA-Return Merchandise Authorization:

All return(s) must be filed within 30 days of delivered shipment. No returns will be accepted without a Return Marchandise Authorization number (RMA). Product item code, quantity being returned, and detail reason for return will be needed in order to obtain a RMA number. The RMA number and RMA form must appear on the outside of the carton for verification of receipt. Authorizated returns, other than defective product(s) or shipping errors, will be subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee plus shipping. Product returned without original packaging will not be credited. Defective product(s) will either be repaired or replaced free of charge to the buyer. No returned will be accepted for discontinued and special discounted item(s). Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges in the case of refused our shipment by mistake.
